True to size. Stay in your normal size. If between sizes and if you prefer a looser, slouchier fit you may size up. Harbor Mist in general runs a smidge smaller than the grey. If, and only if, at the top of a size range and prefer a more oversized fit, then size up in this color.
Melissa is 5'5 size 6 and can wear a Small but prefers a size Medium in the Harbor Mist for a slightly more oversized fit.
